Updated Vision Board

It's been a while since I shared my Vision Board for my Chalk Couture business and it has had some MAJOR changes since the last time I did, so I thought I'd share some of those updates with you.

I've accomplished four things so far this year:

  • Reached the title of Leading Mentor in January (My goal was by March.)
  • Doubled my monthly sales in February
  • Reached the title of Master Mentor in February (My goal was by June and Convention.)
  • and have on average recruited 3-5 new team members per month
From my original goals that I established back in January, there are still a few I need to check off:
  • Earn the Inaugural Incentive Trip -- a Western Caribbean Cruise for two in October (I WILL do this by May 31st, as that is the end of the earning period.)
  • Reach the title of Courtier by October (I want to go on the cruise with this title.)
Because I have accomplished so much, so soon, I decide it was time to set some new goals so that I keep my eye on the prize:
  • Be a recognized Leader at Convention in June
  • Grow my team to 75 team members (We are currently at 48 team members in 9 states.)
  • Grow my team to 100 team members  (Team work makes the Dream work.)
  • Grow my Enterprise Volume (total team sales) to $25K -- We currently average $8K per month.
These are some lofty goals, but I firmly believe that it can be done, and if anyone can do it, it's me.

Anyway, I just thought I'd share these goals with you.
What goals do you have for the remainder of 2018?
There is still lots of time left and no better time to start working towards those goals than now.

Until next time, I'll just keep chalkin' it up and sharing the Chalk Love,
Roberta
