Time for another Tip Tuesday!
This week's tip is all about geometry!
When crafting of any kind, whether it is stamping, chalking, painting, needle work, etc. think Triangles!
Our eye is naturally drawn to triangles. So when you are creating a design, think about the triangle -- any kind -- and lay your design elements in a triangle shape. It will be more appealing visually and will draw you into the finished project.
You can mix and match element designs as shown below with the 2 ornaments and the LOVE, which form a triangle. It appears balanced and is pleasing to look at even though the 2 ornaments are of different "weights" (one is larger than the other).
Next time something doesn't look quite right on a project you are creating, try using a triangle and see how that helps.
