Tip Tuesday: Reattaching your Transfer to the Carrier Sheet

So, before I share my tip for Tuesday, watch this quick video on cleaning and caring for your transfers.  There is am important step at the end I want you to pay particular attention to... reattaching the backer to the transfer when it is clean and dry.

At the end of the video, it tells you to reattach your backer to the transfer, which is very necessary for the cleaning and caring for your transfer; however, I want to share a tip with you...

In the video it shows laying the backer on the table and attaching the transfer to the backer.

STOP!  Do it the opposite!
Because the backer sheet is firm and the transfer is not, if you leave the transfer on the table and lay the backer sheet on top, you will be able to line up the two MUCH easier and faster (especially when working with the larger transfers) with less wrinkles in your transfer and less frustration in your soul when you don't get it right the first time.  (Yes, this is the voice of experience talking.)  😓

So leave the transfer on the table when re-applying your backer.  You'll be glad you did.

Until next time, and more useful tips,
