AMAZING WORK!

Last week, my team of Sweet and Sassy Scrappers hosted our annual Mini Convention in Reno, Nevada and although I was traveling, I was able to stop by to present some annual awards for our 2016-2017 Convention Year to just a few of my hardworking team members.
Those recognized each received a handmade item from me to recognize their hard work.

This year my team did exceptional in personal sales.  I awarded 3 ladies for being the Top 3 in Personal Sales to my first downline.  Those ladies were Krissy Bednarski (#3) from Quincy, California; Barbara Brownlee (#2) from Carson City, Nevada; and Betty Retzer (#1) from Stagecoach, Nevada.  They each received these scrapbook pages for their personal albums.

I also awarded a Top Sales Award on my team overall - regardless of downline level.  That award went to Desiree Dickerson from Sparks, Nevada, who is in my second downline, under Margaret Emerson.  Desiree received this page for her personal album.

To keep on the theme of sales awards, I awarded the leader of Top Team in Sales and that went to Margaret Emerson from Reno, Nevada and her team of Pegasus Papercrafters.

Additionally, I recognized 3 amazing ladies who had completed ALL 3 levels of their Straight to the Top Program in their first 90 days of being a Consultant.  This is a huge achievement and takes a lot of hard work and dedication, so I believe they needed to be recognized for this accomplishment.  Those who received awards were:  Kirsta Houchin, from Spokane, WA; Melissa Fecht, from Fallon, NV; and Sara Casey, from Reno, NV.

Lastly, I gave out awards to folks who had supported Operation Smile over the past 12 months.  4 ladies took up the challenge of donating more than $20 in our second quarter of the year.  They were Deisree Dickerson, Betty Retzer, Kathie Kaslow (from Reno, Nevada) and Barbara Brownlee.  They each received this adorable frame I made for them, using the current Operation Smile Stamp Set, True Love.

Lastly, one person received an award for donating the MOST money to Operation Smile over the past 12 months through asking her customers to round up on their orders, selling Operation Smile stamp sets and Operation Smile shirts, as well as making personal donations to this wonderful organization.  That amazing person was Barbara Brownlee and she received this page for her personal album.

My team of Sweet and Sassy Scrappers are an amazing group of creative folks from across the west coast.  We currently have team members in 5 states:  Nevada, California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and soon to be Wyoming!  They range in ages from early 20's to early 70's.  They come from all demographic make ups.  Some work outside the home, while others do not.  All are AMAZING, and I couldn't do what I do without them.

If you would like to join the journey, let me know.  I'd love to chat and share the Close to My Heart opportunity with you!  Maybe next year YOU will e recognized on the Sweet and Sassy Scrappers Team.

Until next time,
Roberta
The Traveling Crafter (currently in Wyoming)
