Cruise and Crop Reveals

We had an EXCITING TIME in Alaska last week, and I hope you will plan to join me for the next Cruise and Crop!  (More information about our tropical destination to come... so stay tuned!)  I will be posting pictures of both our creations and our adventures throughout the next few days, so that you can see just how much fun we had cruising and cropping during the ultimate scrapbook retreat!

Prior to leaving on our travels, I was busy creating gifts, name tags and other decor items to make everyone's trip a little extra special, and now that the adventure is over I can freely share all the goodies I created!  I had SO MUCH FUN making these items!  It was probably my favorite part, because it was a surprise for everyone, and I think they all turned out so darn cute!!!
I hope that you will gain some inspiration from my creations to make your next event, be it a family reunion, a holiday picnic, a graduation, or a summer wedding feel extra special.

Door Tags
As soon as Russell and I boarded the ship, we put these adorable name tags on everyone's doors.  Both the cropper and the companion traveler received these name tags on their doors to welcome them aboard as soon as they located their room.

The first evening on board ship, I hosted a small mixer for everyone to get to know one another.  This allowed folks, both croppers and companions, to meet and be able to recognize faces as they wandered on board ship.  At the mixer, everyone received a name tag to wear on board, so that they were easily recognized as part of our fun group.

Name Tags
The first morning at sea, which was a little on the rocky side, due to weather, croppers were greeted in our meeting room for our first day of scrapbooking with MORE goodies!

Table tags

Table gifts
At each table everyone received a table top name tag, which was made from a rocker card, which was incredibly appropriate, given our rocky seas the first day of our journey.
Additionally, each cropper received an album, a decorated paper bag for their trash, a canvas bag filled with supplies for creating their album and a little plastic boat we used for playing a game throughout the cruise.

Instruction folders
When we began our instruction time, everyone received a decorated folder, complete with instructions, supply lists and other essential Cruise and Crop items.

Lastly, I couldn't let folks go through their first day without a little treat.  So everyone received this little goodie bag.
Life Savers
We had a great time!  Everyone made new friends, and most folks completed their album... ready for pictures!  (Come back tomorrow, where I will show off the album everyone created!)

Until next time and more craft journeys,
Roberta

BIG UPDATE!

It comes with a heavy heart to announce I will no longer be maintaining my Blog.  It will not be deleted... at least for now; however, I wil...
