But no matter what I have going on, creating is still a huge priority for me, regardless of what is happening. I always feel better when I have gotten together with my friends and gotten in some creative therapy. I'm in a better mood, been able to think about other things than what is happening in my life, gotten to connect with others, etc. Crafting is better than therapy! (Notice, I didn't say cheaper!) 😉
Anyway... I thought I would share a few additional creative pieces of artwork using this month's featured paper pack "Some Kinda Wonderful".
Here is a single page I made using the paper pack to complete a series of photos I have planned for these papers. It is SO BRIGHT and CHEERY!
You might remember that last month I created a tissue box cover using the "Dreamin Big" paper pack, and I thought I would do the same this month, using "Some Kinda Wonderful", so you could see that these fun creations could be made using ANY paper pack.
Lastly, I can not take credit for having created this card, because it is a card I received from my dear friend Kristina, who works at Close to My Heart's Home Office. (She sent it to me to thank me for my help at the Launch Event in Sacramento a few weeks ago.) I think it is adorable and I really appreciated receiving this "Happy Mail" last week. Like the paper, it brightened my day.
So, no matter what your schedule, take some time for you to get creative! It's good therapy and allows you to create items you will be proud to show off and to tell your story!
Until next time and more crafty creations,
Roberta
