Tip Tuesday: Twine

If you are any kind of crafter, chances are pretty good that you have packages of twine that look something like this:

Twine can be used as an embellishment for a card.  To tie a bow.  To hang a small sign or wreath.  The possibilities are pretty endless.

This tip actually came from a friend and fellow Close to My Heart consultant, Krissey Bednarski, who lives is California.  Twine in packages such as these can be a pain in the touche to find the end.  The twine gets caught on the paper backing and there is no easy storage solution, other than to dump the packs into a basket, and hope for the best when you are looking for just the right twine for that almost finished project.

For today's Tip Tuesday, save your old ribbon spools and wrap your packaged twine on them.  It makes it easier to use.  The end is easily found and you can store them on a dowel or in another ribbon storage system easily!

Problem solved!

Until next time and more tips, tricks and techniques,
