Creative Thursday -- Mixing Products

I wanted to share a fun project just in time for the holidays that combined my two passions -- paper crafting and chalking -- CHRISTMAS CARDS!!!

I created this card using Close to My Heart's Beary Christmas paper pack, which has colors of Cranberry, Fern, Glacier, New England Ivy, Pebble, Tangerine and White Daisy.

Papers were cut in the following dimensions: 

• Pointsettia Pattern Paper - 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"
• Cranberry Cardstock - 5 1/4" x 4"
• New England Tree Pattern Paper - 5" x 3 3/4"
• White Daisy - 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" 

I layered the 3 base pages to a card base.

Then, I chalked using my Mistletoe Transfer from Chalk Couture with the saying and image in colors of Red, Evergreen and Black.

And finally, I attached all the pieces together and added a simple adhesive embellishment to finish it out.

I hope you like my project which combines the two products.  It was fun to create and so simple to do and hope you will be inspired to create combining products to make wonderful projects!
