Russell and I have had a lot of folks ask us over the past few weeks, if we will be traveling again anytime soon. To tell you the truth, the thought hasn't even crossed our minds. We are quite content at the moment nesting in our new home and are looking forward to the first snow and all that is to come this winter.
Last week, Coco went in to the shop for her "winterization" and she is now hibernating in the driveway until it is time to come out in the spring. It is time for her long winter's nap.
We do have a few plans for trips coming up, but none that Coco will be a part of. I will be traveling back to Reno in January for yet another scrapbook retreat... the Mardi Gras Retreat. Russell may go with me, but we haven't decided just yet. Part of that will depend on the weather and if I would like the travel companions for the long drive back and forth.
Then in May, our plan is to head to Santa Rosa/Napa for a week for the graduation ceremonies at Bergin University (the school where Major was trained), because a number of folks we know will be graduating from the program. We will also spend some time in Napa vacationing, doing one of our favorite things... wine tasting. I can't wait. Napa is one of my favorite places in the WORLD!
Other than that, this Traveling Crafter is staying close to home, crafting in the Pro-craft-ination Station, creating new creations and sharing the crafting love at craft fairs, in classes and at parties.
Be sure to share with me any of your upcoming travel plans, especially if they involve warm locals during the cold winter months. I'd love to hear about them and see photos!
Until next time, keep on traveling!
Roberta
